Kayla will show you how to use phase-specific nutrition to help you optimize reproductive hormones and align your mind and lifestyle with the natural ebbs and flow of your female cycle. How is this different from other diets?

The Flourish Method isn't a diet. It's a whole mind body soul lifestyle approach that honors the female system and uses targeted nutrition that works to achieve hormonal balance without deprivation or starvation. The goal is say goodbye to food fear and to fall in love with food again!

I have a difficult time sticking with things how can I know that I'll stick with this?

Having a professional guiding you and holding you accountable is an integral piece of this program. Kayla will hold you to the promises and commitments you make to yourself and your vision by being your ally and pushing you in times when your upper limits begin to show its ugly head. Kayla will hold space for you to stretch and grow beyond your barriers so that you can shift out of your old stories and snap the future into the now.

Are supplements a part of the program?

Supplements help to fast-track results by filling in nutritional gaps and supporting body systems. Kayla will build a tailored nutraceutical protocol and schedule based on your symptomatology assessment. Supplements are always optional and are not built into the cost of the program, however there are circumstances where supplementation may be necessary. Examples; food availability may be difficult, client may be having difficulty staying on track with meal planning or food aversions may be present.

How often do I have access to the coaching calls?

There are two one hour coaching calls per week where you can bring your questions and receive support and feedback.

How will I know what to eat each day?

You will get access to The Flourish Methods vast recipe library as well as your weekly food protocol to follow. Everything will be found in a step by step, easy to follow layout and modules inside the Flourish Methods course Hub.

Is The Flourish Method vegan friendly?

Although many of the program's recipes are plant-heavy, Kayla does not recommend a vegan diet for her clients.

Do you offer refunds?

If you show up and do the work you'll no doubt experience major improvements. In fact, 99% of the women who've completed the program experience noticeable improvements within the first 2 weeks. With that said if you're not feeling it after the first 30 days we'll issue you a full refund!
