Can essential oils help with stress-fat? YES! Here’s how…

Essential oils are quickly becoming known for so much more than passive diffusion. That's because essential oils have so much more to offer us than just scent alone.

I like to think of essential oils as symptom managers as they help with so many common complaints - sleep issues, headaches, moods, appetite and energy. Essential oils contain constituents that provide many powerful benefits. Here are some of them:
